Serenity Export India Private Limited

You can find us at House No. 1 in Village Jonapur, which is down in South Delhi. It’s an interesting spot because even though it’s called a village, it’s quite active with lots of small businesses and warehouses nearby. We are on the ground floor, which is very convenient for when we have to move samples or packages in and out. The company is called Serenity Export India, and while the name sounds very peaceful, it’s usually quite a hub of activity here. We have a large main room where most of the desk work happens and a smaller back room where we keep our inventory and shipping supplies. The floor is just plain cement and the walls have some maps pinned up to help us track where things are going. We’re close to the main road that leads out of the city, which helps with logistics. The air out here is a little bit cleaner than in the middle of Connaught Place, but it still gets dusty when the wind picks up. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lighting. We’d rather just have good internet and a working phone line. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a good rhythm going. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a solid ground-floor office in a part of Delhi that still feels a bit like the old days.
