We are based at 16 Balmukund Khand in the Girinagar part of Kalkaji. Being in New Delhi, things are always a bit crowded and fast-paced, and our street is no different. The office is a straightforward place. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and computers. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we have a bit of a system going. We deal with various service tasks throughout the day. There’s usually a lot of typing and the sound of the printer going in the background. It’s not a place for big corporate speeches. We just focus on the list of things that need to be finished before the day ends. The area around us is quite busy with people coming and going. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on our street, which can be a bit of a pain. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though we always have some background noise on. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most polished company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. The furniture is practical and the layout is simple. We have a small kitchen area where we take our breaks. It’s a humble spot, but it’s where we get everything done every single day.
