We are tucked away on the first floor here in Lajpat Nagar-1, right at I-54. It’s been a while since we set up shop under the United Scaffolding umbrella. Most days are just spent coordinating where the pipes and frames need to go. Scaffolding isn't exactly a glamorous business, but it’s what we know. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and take calls from people looking to get their building projects off the ground. There’s always someone coming in or out, usually talking about site dimensions or delivery schedules. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some of us have been here since the start, and others joined later, but we all just focus on getting the gear to the right place on time. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We don't really do the whole big corporate speech thing because, at the end of the day, people just want to know their scaffolding is solid and ready to use. We keep our inventory sorted as much as we can, though things get busy fast when multiple jobs start at once. It’s just us doing our thing, making sure the metal stays upright and everything is where it should be. If you walk up to the first floor, you'll see we’re usually buried in some clipboards or on the phone.
