We are set up over in B-2 880, J J Colony in Madanpur Khadar. It’s right near the Jaitpur Thana, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Actually, if you tell anyone you are looking for a place near Jaitpur Thana, they can usually point you in the right direction. Sarita Vihar is just a little bit away from here. We deal with various accessories, mostly small stuff that people need for their daily lives or their own businesses. The colony is always bustling with people, bikes, and carts, so there’s a lot of noise and energy around the place. Our office is more like a simple workspace where we sort through things and get them ready for delivery to our customers. It’s a family-run thing, really. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just focus on making sure the stock is right and the orders go out to the right places on time. Sometimes the narrow lanes make it hard for bigger vehicles to get close, so we end up doing a lot of carrying by hand. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets really hot in South Delhi. We’ve been here for a good while now and know all the local tea stalls and other shop owners. People stop by to chat or check on their orders. We don’t do much advertising at all; word of mouth works well enough for us in this area. It’s just a regular business.
