Our office is at D-161 in Okhla Phase 1, right in the thick of the industrial area in South Delhi. It’s a busy spot, and getting here in the morning usually means fighting through some pretty heavy traffic. We’ve been here for a while now, and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those fancy glass offices you see in pictures. It’s a practical space where we just get down to work. Sapphire Crown Services is a small team, and we spend most of our time at these desks handling whatever comes our way. The building is older, and you can hear the machines from the other units nearby. It’s a bit noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. The desks are usually covered in files and scribbled notes because that’s just how we work. It’s not about looking perfect for us; it’s about getting the tasks finished. We know the security guards at the gate and the guy who sells tea at the corner. It’s a local operation through and through. We don’t have a big reception area, so when people visit, they usually just walk right into the middle of us working. It’s honest and straightforward, and we like it that way in Okhla.
