Samsung Corporation (E&C Group) Delhi

Down in Sector-1, Pushp Vihar, we have our E&C Group setup. It’s located at 59/12, right near Saket. Being in this part of New Delhi is interesting because there is always something happening. Our building is pretty standard, nothing that stands out too much from the street. We do a lot of the groundwork for engineering and construction projects here. It involves a lot of planning and looking over blueprints or schedules. The office vibe is fairly relaxed but people are usually focused. We have our coffee machine that gets a lot of use, especially on Monday mornings. Sometimes the traffic in Saket makes getting here a bit of a challenge, but we manage. We aren’t a huge group in this specific office, so you get to know everyone pretty fast. We don’t really use a lot of corporate lingo when we’re talking to each other. It’s more about did you finish that report or when is the site visit. It’s a very practical environment. We have shelves full of files and old project notes that we sometimes have to dig through. The summers are hot, and the winters are chilly, but the office is a steady place to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s assigned to us. It isn't a flashy life, just consistent. People come and go, but the core of what we do stays the same. We often joke that coffee is our main fuel.
