Sampoorna Ayurveda Clinic is down in the basement of D-12 in Panchsheel Enclave. We are situated pretty close to the Chirag Delhi flyover, so if you are driving by, you probably pass near us all the time. Being in a basement means the temperature stays a bit cooler even when the Delhi sun is beating down outside, which is nice. The work we do here is mostly traditional Ayurveda. The smell of different oils and herbs is usually the first thing people notice when they walk down the steps. It is a quiet little spot, tucked away from the main road's chaos. We have a few rooms set up for consultations and for the different traditional applications we do. It isn’t a flashy place with neon lights or anything. It’s more of a grounded, simple clinic where we follow the old ways of doing things. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we get a lot of regulars who live just a few blocks away. Sometimes the traffic near the flyover makes it a bit tricky to reach us during peak hours, but once you’re inside, that all seems to fade away. We spend our days mixing things, talking to patients about their habits, and just keeping the tradition going. It’s a steady pace of work, and we like the quiet atmosphere we’ve managed to create in this basement space over the years.
