Sambharye Social Foundation

We are located on the ground floor of 56 Katwaria Sarai, right in the Hauz Khas area of South Delhi. Sambharye Social Foundation has been operating from this little spot for a bit now. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and young people moving around. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just pop in if they see the door open. Our space is pretty cramped because we have so many files and materials stored here. We’ve got a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep us cool enough. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a bit mismatched. But it works for us. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look. We just focus on getting the work done. Usually, there’s three or four of us here, typing away or sorting through things. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help out where we can. Living and working in Katwaria Sarai means there’s always something happening outside. It’s a lively place, and we like being part of it. We don't have a PR team; this is just our small team doing its best every day in a simple office. It is noisy and small, but we have everything we need right here.
