We are located in the basement at B-61, right by the Nehru Enclave Metro Station in Kalkaji. It’s actually pretty easy to find if you look for Agarwal Sweets, which is a place we probably visit more than we should for snacks. Being near the metro is great because people can just hop off the train and find us without a long walk. Our consultancy is basically a few rooms where we sit and talk to job seekers all day. It’s not very fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. Kalkaji is a busy area, so there’s always a bit of a hum from the traffic and people walking by. We focus on the practical side of things, like checking resumes and calling up businesses to see if they’re hiring. It’s honest work and it feels good when someone tells us they got the job. We don’t use any complicated systems, just regular old hard work and keeping our ears open for opportunities. Sometimes the basement gets a bit stuffy, so we take breaks outside to get some air. We’ve helped a lot of local people find work over the years. It’s a small operation, but we try to be as direct as possible with everyone. No one has time for long stories, they just want to know where the jobs are. So we stay busy and keep the office running from morning till evening.
