Saans Foundation

If you know C R Park, you know how it gets near Market No 2. Our office is right there at E-906, and it’s a place where we’ve been working on health issues for a good number of years. We mostly focus on how people breathe and the problems that come with the air in Delhi, which everyone knows isn't great. The foundation isn't a huge corporate setup with glass walls; it's more like a regular workspace where we pile up files and have long meetings about community stuff. We see a lot of local residents from the neighborhood coming in to ask questions or get some help with their respiratory health. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. The staff here is mostly local folks who care about the area. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons out and about or talking to visitors. It’s not always organized perfectly, and sometimes we run out of biscuits for the tea, but we get the important stuff done. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were here. We just try to be a useful part of the C R Park community, keeping things simple and sticking to what we know about health and breathing. It’s steady work and there’s always something new to deal with every week.
