Saaee International

Our office is at No. 49, Jor Bagh. Saaee International is located in a much quieter part of the city compared to the big industrial hubs. It is a nice change of pace for us. We handle international trade stuff, which mostly means we are on the computer or the phone a lot, talking to people in different time zones. The rooms are filled with samples of things we move across borders. There are catalogues on the tables and plenty of notebooks filled with scribbled notes and numbers. It is not a high-pressure corporate office with people in suits. We are a smaller group and we have worked together for a long time. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just wait around or have a snack. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to make sure the shipments get from point A to point B without too much trouble at the ports. Dealing with international trade means there is always some new rule to learn or a document to find. It is a lot of detail work. Jor Bagh is a pleasant place to be, with some green trees around, which helps when the work gets a bit stressful. We just show up, do the logistics, and head home when the day is done. It is a practical business built on knowing who to call to get things moving along.
