S P M Projects Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of things at Mohan Singh Place in Connaught Place. We are at units 93 and 94. If you know CP, you know it’s always crowded and there’s a lot of energy around. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. It’s an old place with a lot of history, and we like being part of it. Our office isn't anything too modern, just a functional space where we handle our projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at paperwork. Being in Mohan Singh Place means we are close to everything, which helps. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the files and equipment, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished front desk. It’s usually just us working through our list for the day. People come by for meetings or just to drop off documents. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in CP, but we’ve stuck around at 93/94. It’s a solid spot. The elevators can be slow sometimes, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s just a normal office life here. We do the work, deal with the daily issues, and go home. That’s how it’s been for us for years now.
