S A Food Supplements Store

We are located at 874 Saraswati Vihar, right on the edge of M G Road. It is a pretty easy place to find if you are looking for health stuff in this part of town. We started this store because we noticed a lot of people in the neighborhood were getting into fitness and going to the gym. We stock a lot of different tubs of protein and vitamins on the shelves. The shelves are packed pretty high up to the ceiling. It is just a small shop, and I am usually the one behind the counter. People come in asking a lot of questions about what they should take for their specific workouts. I try to tell them what I know from my own experience with lifting weights. We do not have a big staff, just me and my brother helping out sometimes. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have everything organized so it is easy to find. M G Road is always packed with cars, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare right out front. We see a lot of the same faces from the local gyms every week. We do not do any big ads, just people telling their friends about where we are. It is a quiet business for the most part, except when we get a new shipment in and have to move all those heavy boxes around. We just keep things simple and stocks full.
