Rus Exim Pvt Ltd is located over in Malviya Nagar, specifically at 14 / 197 on the first floor. It’s a residential area that turned into a business hub, so our office feels a bit like an old apartment. We have desks crammed into the rooms and files everywhere. Because we do export and import work, there is always a lot of paperwork on everyone’s desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to customs agents or checking on where a container might be. It’s not the kind of job where things are always calm. Usually, there’s someone shouting about a delay or a missing document. We have a small balcony where we go to take breaks and look at the street below. Malviya Nagar is always busy, so there’s plenty to see. The kitchen is tiny, but the tea we make there is good. We don’t really have a big corporate structure here. Everyone just kind of does what needs to be done. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all have to wait around, which is frustrating when you have things to file. We’ve been in this building for several years and know all the neighbors. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy brochures or a big sign outside. People find us because they need help moving goods from one place to another, and we just try to help them out without too much fuss or delay.
