Our office is located at 102, Pragati House in Nehru Place. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know it’s a whirlwind of activity. There’s always someone shouting, cars honking, and people rushing around with computer parts. We’re right in the middle of it. Royal Telenet Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge name, but we’ve been around this building for a long time. Our space is pretty standard—lots of cables, some servers humming in the corner, and desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and talking to people on the phone. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. We aren't into the whole high-tech startup vibe. We’re just a group of technicians and support staff trying to keep things connected. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, and we’re always running out of sugar for the tea, but we make it work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a calendar and some sticky notes with reminders. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the phones don't stop ringing, but we like the energy of the area. We’re just a small part of the big machine here in Nehru Place, doing our bit every day to stay on top of things.
