Roof Space is based in Alaknanda, specifically at Q. No. 21-B in the Kalkaji area of South Delhi. It is a well-known part of town and easy enough to find. Our office is not some glass tower; it is just a regular residential-style spot where we handle our daily business. As you might guess from the name, we deal with roofing and the spaces right under them. It involves a lot of looking at heights and checking for leaks or structural issues that people might have missed. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various suppliers and workers. South Delhi has a lot of older buildings that always seem to need some kind of work done on the top, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples of tiles or roofing sheets leaning against the walls. We do not have a professional receptionist or anything like that. If you call us, you usually just get one of us on our mobile. We try to be as practical as possible with our suggestions. Weather is always our biggest challenge because you cannot really work on a roof when it is pouring rain or during the peak of the summer heat. We just take it day by day. It is a local business run by people who live nearby. We do not bother with slogans.
