ROLLING HILLS VILLAS AND RESORT LLP

Rolling Hills Villas and Resort is tucked away at I/74/75 on the ground floor in Lajpat Nagar 1. We are right near the community centre. If you know the area, you know how busy it can get around here with the market nearby. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all the noise outside. We manage villas and resort properties from this little ground-floor space. It’s not a huge place. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks and computers. The walls are covered with some photos of the properties we handle, which is the only decoration we really have. Most of our time is spent coordinating with people on the ground at the villas. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure things are ready for guests. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you’ll probably just see us typing away or talking on our mobiles. Lajpat Nagar is a great place to be based because everything is nearby. We get our stationery from the shop around the corner and tea from the vendor near the community centre. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big corporate office. We just want to do the work and do it right. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace of it. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in.
