Rishta Foundation

Our place is at 177C, BK149 in Gali No 12. That's in Churiya Mohalla, which is part of Bangali Colony in the Tughlakabad village area. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. Rishta Foundation is just based in this one spot. The streets are narrow and there’s always people walking around or kids playing. We like being in the middle of it all. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular building in the colony. Inside, we have our setup where we handle all the foundation business. It gets pretty noisy with the village life right outside the window, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time just talking to people who drop by. It’s not a formal environment. We use simple English and just get to work. Tughlakabad is an old place with a lot of history, and Bangali Colony has its own vibe. We fit right in. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is late, but that’s just how it is living and working here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us at 177C. We keep things going as best as we can every day. We aren't doing anything fancy, just our regular work in the mohalla. Sometimes the tea runs out, but we always make more.
