Rishi Overseas

Rishi Overseas is based over at 184 Sukhdev Vihar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a commercial market, which we actually prefer. Our office is basically a converted space where we manage all our export business. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the neighbors all know us. Every morning, the day starts with checking emails from people in different time zones. Since we deal with overseas work, the hours can be a bit odd sometimes. You might find us here late in the evening or very early in the morning depending on who we need to talk to. The rooms are filled with samples and files. There isn't much empty space left. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. It’s just a regular door that leads to our workspace. We handle everything from the paperwork to the logistics of getting goods shipped out. It can be stressful when a container is delayed, but that’s just part of the job. We usually have a small lunch break and maybe a walk around the block to clear our heads. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a few trusted staff who have been around for ages. We don't do much advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or old connections we've had for years. It works for us and keeps things simple enough to manage without too much fuss.
