Rinki Impex

Rinki Impex is located at D-146 in Lajpat Nagar-I. We are right in the middle of a busy commercial area. The office is a modest space where we handle all our import and export tasks. We have been in this location for several years. It is not a polished corporate environment. There are usually boxes in the corner and stacks of paper on the desks. We deal with various goods, so we are always talking to different suppliers and buyers. Every morning starts with checking emails and seeing what needs our attention first. It can be a bit overwhelming when everything happens at once. We don’t have a big team of people. It’s just us, and we all pitch in to get things finished. The noise from the market nearby is something you just get used to after a while. We don't spend any money on fancy ads or professional photos. We just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult shipping issues, but we just find a way to fix them. We like being in Lajpat Nagar because it feels very grounded. It’s a practical place for a business like ours. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just want to run our business properly and keep our customers happy. That is the main thing for us.
