Reliance Retail

Reliance Retail is based at L 1St 1781/2, right on Gali No 30 along Asthal Mandir Road. Being in New Delhi, specifically in the 110062 area, means things are always crowded and moving. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. The lane is quite narrow, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a challenge some days. We just make it work. Inside, it is a bit quieter than the street, which is nice. We have shelves lined up with all sorts of things people need. It isn't a perfect layout, but we know where everything is. If something isn't where it should be, we usually find it pretty quick. We spend a lot of time talking to the regulars who live around Asthal Mandir. They know us and we know them. It is more about the daily routine than anything else. We open up early and don't head home until late. The fans keep the air moving during the Delhi heat. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just run the store and try to be helpful when someone asks for a specific item. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just life in the city. We keep the counters clear and keep going. Anyway, that is us in a nutshell.
