We operate Reinforcement Infratech Pvt Ltd from the fourth floor of building 170 A in Hari Nagar Extension. The B R Polyclinic is quite close by, which is a good landmark for finding us. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs since we are on the fourth floor, but we are used to it now. The office is very basic and functional. We have some desks, some old computers, and shelves that are sagging under the weight of all our technical books and files. It is not a polished space. We have bits of paper and notes stuck to the walls. We have been in this part of Delhi for several years. The area is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day. We spend most of our time doing calculations or checking over project plans. It is just a few of us here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. We just sit at our desks and work through our to-do lists. Sometimes we are out at sites, but most of our planning happens right here. We like the simple setup we have. It lets us focus on the work without any unnecessary distractions or overhead. We don't do much in the way of marketing. We just let the work speak for itself and keep things moving along every day.
