We are based out of 110/A in Bhagwan Nagar, which is right near the Ashram area in New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how busy Ashram can get with all the cars and the noise. Our building is right in the middle of all that energy. We spend our days surrounded by boxes and sneakers. It’s not the kind of place you see in a magazine; it’s a working warehouse and office where things actually get done. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and moving crates around. The space is a bit cramped because we try to fit a lot in, but we make it work. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to navigate the narrow hallways without bumping into each other. The summer heat in Delhi is no joke, especially in a building full of rubber and fabric, but we keep the coolers running. People from the neighborhood often stop by or ask us about the shoes. We don't have any fancy sales pitch to give them. We just show them what we have on the shelves. It’s a messy, loud, and honest way to make a living in the city. We wake up, fight the traffic to get to Ashram, and spend our hours making sure the orders are ready to go. It is simple work but it keeps us busy and we like the crowd and the constant movement around the place.
