Realtystop Llp is tucked away outside Roomward No 5 in New Friends Colony. It’s a busy little spot, and we set up shop here because we really like the vibe of the neighborhood. It has a good, lived-in feel to it. Mostly, we spend our days helping people with their housing paperwork and finding decent rentals nearby. Dealing with property in New Friends Colony can be a bit of a headache if you don't know the exact layout of the blocks. We’ve spent a lot of time walking these streets ourselves, so we know which buildings are kept up well and which ones might have issues with the plumbing or the stairs. It is not a flashy business at all. We have a small office where we keep all the files, some old maps, and a teapot that’s usually going. Sometimes people just pop in for a quick chat about what the rent prices are doing this month or if any new shops are opening up. We try to keep things honest with everyone. If a place has a tiny kitchen or a noisy neighbor, we are going to tell you about it upfront. We aren't trying to be some big corporate chain with a lot of rules. We are just local folks working in the property market. It’s been a few years now and we stay right here near Roomward No 5. It is easy to find us if you are already in the colony.
