It’s a busy part of the city, which is good for moving ceramic goods around. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things here. Boxes of tiles and ceramic items come in and out constantly. The space isn't huge, but we make it work by stacking things carefully. It can get pretty loud outside with the Delhi traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the orders right. Most of our day is spent checking the lists and making sure the deliveries are ready for the drivers. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a mall. It is a working office and storage area. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit, so the locals know who we are. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room for everything, especially when a big shipment arrives. But we just clear a path and keep going. We don't use a lot of fancy software, mostly just pens and notebooks to keep track of what's what. It’s a straightforward way of working. There are usually a few of us here throughout the day. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is a decent place to work and we keep it real.
