Our office isn't a high-rise building. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done. We do development and construction work around Okhla. It’s a tough business and the hours are long. We have a small group of staff who know how the local building rules work. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or polished brochures. Most people who work with us are just regular folks from the area. We spend a lot of time walking to different sites because the traffic in Ghafoor Nagar is so bad. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and cups of half-finished tea. It’s not a corporate environment. We talk like normal people and we don't make big empty promises. If a wall needs building, we build it. If a permit is stuck, we go down to the office and wait until it's sorted. We’ve been in Jamia Nagar for a while now. We know the shopkeepers and the other tradesmen around here. It’s a good community. We’re just happy to be working and helping people build their homes in this part of Delhi. Most of our clients come by word of mouth and that suits us just fine.
