Rade Lifestyle Ventures Private Limited

Rade Lifestyle Ventures is based in Saket at M-103, and we are right at the top on the top floor. Saket is a nice area, but our space is pretty practical and doesn't look like the big malls nearby. We use this floor for everything related to our lifestyle products. The stairs are a bit steep, so we try not to forget anything when we go down for lunch. Inside, it’s mostly open space with some partitions we put up to separate the packing area from the desks. We have a lot of different items coming in and out, so the floor is usually covered in bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend most of the day on the phone or on the computer, making sure everything is moving along. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet up here compared to the street, but then a delivery arrives and it gets hectic again. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules; we just come in, do the work, and go home. The sunlight is pretty good since we are on the top floor, which helps keep the mood up. It’s just a regular small business trying to make a go of it in South Delhi. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a pretty relaxed atmosphere during the day.
