We are Puja Construction Company and we operate out of H.No. 68 in the Al-Noor Apartment building. This is located in Okhla Village, right in the Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a very crowded and lively part of the city. Our office is actually inside an apartment, which makes it feel like a home office most of the time. We handle various building projects around Delhi, mostly focusing on residential work. The streets around Okhla are always packed with people and traffic, so getting materials in and out can be a real challenge sometimes. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who manage the logistics and the workers on the ground. We have plans and blueprints spread out over the dining table and chairs. It is not a formal corporate setting at all. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on the progress of our sites. People from the neighborhood often stop by to talk about small renovations or new builds. We just keep things simple and focus on the task at hand. It is a lot of hard work managing construction in a city as busy as Delhi, but we have been doing it from this Okhla spot for some time now. We usually have a lot of paperwork to deal with by the end of the week.
