If you come down to 180 Cariappa Marg in Sainik Farms, you will find us. It’s a pretty green area of New Delhi, which is a relief from all the traffic and noise in other parts of the city. The office is in a house-like structure rather than a big glass tower. We have a few rooms converted into workspace with desks and chairs tucked into every available corner. It’s often quiet here, which helps when we need to concentrate on the heavy paperwork we deal with. We have a small garden area where some of us go to take a phone call or just breathe some fresh air for a minute. The roads around here can be a bit confusing if it’s your first time visiting. We don’t really follow a strict dress code; most of us just wear what is comfortable for the weather. There is always a pot of coffee going in the small kitchen. We do a lot of international coordination, so sometimes people are staying late to catch someone in a different time zone. It’s not a flashy place, but it’s where we get our work done day after day. We have a lot of maps and charts pinned to the walls. It feels like a small family working together more than a big company. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees cause a bit of a stir, but we are used to it by now.
