We’ve been working out of this spot in Saket for a while now. It’s located at D-19, and if you know the area, it’s quite close to the PVR Saket. The office isn't anything too fancy, but it gets the job done for what we do with real estate technology. Most mornings start with just opening up the shutters and getting the computers running. You can hear the traffic starting up early on the main road, and people are always heading toward the cinema or the shops nearby. Propreturns Real Estate Technologyprivate Limited is just a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about property data. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially with all the papers we have lying around. The address says S/O Yogendra Singh, which is on the paperwork for the place. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea guy comes late, but that’s just how it goes in this part of Delhi. We don’t really have a big sign out front, so people sometimes miss the turn if they aren't looking closely at the building numbers. It’s a practical space for us to sit and figure things out. We like being in Saket because everything is right there if we need to grab a quick lunch or meet someone for a coffee. It’s just a normal office where we do our daily work without much fuss.
