Our office is located at B-495 in New Friends Colony, which is a fairly quiet part of Delhi compared to the main roads. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building has that lived-in feel that makes it comfortable. It isn't like those cold, sterile clinics you see in movies. We have chairs that have been sat in by a lot of different people over the years. As psychologists, we spend most of our day just listening. People come in with all sorts of things on their minds, and we sit with them and talk it out. It’s a slow kind of work. You can’t rush a conversation like that. Sometimes the doorbell rings right when things are getting quiet, or you can hear the birds in the trees outside. The team here is small, and we mostly keep to ourselves between sessions, writing up notes or just taking a breather. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been in New Friends Colony for a long time and people know where to find us. It’s honest work, even if it’s emotionally heavy some days. We try to keep the space calm for everyone who visits. There’s always a jar of water and some tissues on the table, and we just take things one appointment at a time, day after day.
