Prateek Kumar Gupta

The workspace of Prateek Kumar Gupta is situated at C 2/5 in the SDA area, right on Arbindo Marg. We are quite close to the Lal Laboratory, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. The location is a bit of a crossroads between Hauz Khas and Lajpat Nagar. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by desks, filing cabinets, and chairs for visitors. It’s a professional setup but it’s not stiff. There’s usually a stack of papers that needs sorting and the printer is often running. We spend the day handling various tasks, answering the phone, and meeting with people who stop by. The traffic on Arbindo Marg is almost always loud, but once the door is shut, it stays relatively quiet inside. We have a small area for making tea or coffee, which gets used a lot during the long afternoons. The floor is a simple stone finish, and the walls have a few basic frames on them. It’s the kind of place where the work is the main focus. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as they are functional. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we are right in the thick of it. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down and the street lights come on.
