Practicing Compny Secratary

Our office is located in Batla House, right in the Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi. It’s a very lively part of the city, always something going on outside our door at M-52. As a practicing company secretary, the work is mostly about compliance and making sure all the paperwork for local businesses is in order. It’s a lot of filing forms and keeping track of various deadlines. We deal with the government offices and the registry quite a bit. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it’s very necessary for anyone running a company. The space here is small but we’ve got everything we need to get the job done properly. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet acts up, but we always manage to keep things going. We help small businesses and some larger ones too, just keeping their records straight and their filings up to date. It’s mostly just us and a few assistants working through the stacks of folders on the desks. New Delhi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the intense summer heat, but being in Jamia Nagar feels like home to us. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising; people usually find us through a friend or another business owner. It’s a straightforward and honest practice for the community here.
