We've been working out of this small office in Saket for a while now. It's just a cabin in the NBCC Plaza, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Most of our days are spent dealing with the Aligarh highway projects. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped on the 4th floor, but being in Sector V makes it easy for people to find us. We handle the technical side of the road work. It’s mostly about making sure the contractors are doing what they should and that the materials arrive on time. Road construction in India isn't easy with all the heat and the logistics involved. We have a few desks and a lot of files. Most of our guys are out on the sites anyway, so the cabin stays quiet during the middle of the week. We just try to keep things moving forward. It's honest work, even if it's mostly behind the scenes. People don't really think about who manages the highway while they're driving on it, but we're the ones looking at the blueprints and the schedules. We keep our coffee machine running and stay focused on the tasks. It’s just us here, making sure the Aligarh stretch stays on track. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a bunch of people trying to get the road built right so everyone can get where they're going.
