Our office is over in Greater Kailash Part I, at E-165. It’s a pretty well-known part of New Delhi, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us. The streets around here can get a bit crowded with parked cars, which is just typical for GK. We spend a lot of our time inside these walls working on various projects. It is a fairly quiet spot once you get inside and away from the main road. The building is older, but it has a certain character that we’ve grown to like over the years. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, and there are always rolls of paper and drawings lying around on the tables. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Most of us have our own favorite spots to sit. The light is okay in the afternoons. Sometimes we walk down to the nearby market if we need to grab a quick lunch or if we just need to stretch our legs for a bit. Planners India Architects has been operating from this location for quite some time. It feels more like a second home to us than just a place of business. We don’t really go in for fancy furniture or modern gadgets unless we really need them. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a neighborhood we know well. We usually leave once the sun goes down and the traffic starts to pick up again. It is what it is.
