Phenix Varco Pruden

We are based in New Delhi, specifically at E-1 on the first floor in Amar Colony. It’s part of Lajpat Nagar-4. If you’ve ever walked around here, you know it’s a packed neighborhood with lots of shops and houses. Phenix Varco Pruden has been in this spot for some time. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs. The office itself is practical. We have a few desks and some space for meetings when people drop by. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building in a busy part of Delhi. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows the local tea stall. We do our work, talk to clients, and keep things moving. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist at a big desk. We usually just answer the door ourselves. It feels like a real workspace. Sometimes it’s a bit cluttered with documents, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Lajpat Nagar means you’re always near the action. We like being here. It’s straightforward. We don't use big words or have long meetings about nothing. We just get the tasks done. It’s a simple setup for a local team.
