Pharma Well Life Science

Our place, Pharma Well Life Science, is over in Tughlakabad. It’s quite close to the Saket Metro Station, which makes it easy for the staff to get here, even if the traffic is usually a mess. Tughlakabad is a busy, crowded area, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We aren't some giant pharmaceutical factory. We are more of a hub for getting things moved around. The office always has boxes stacked up because space is tight. We don't have a big fancy sign or a polished lobby. It’s just a door and a lot of work happening inside. We spend our mornings sorting through the new arrivals and our afternoons getting orders ready. It’s physical work and sometimes your back hurts at the end of the day. We don't talk about excellence or innovation because those are just words. We talk about whether the shipment arrived on time and if the fridge is at the right temperature for the meds. It’s a no-nonsense environment. The metro station nearby is a lifesaver for avoiding the worst of the road traffic. We’ve been operating out of this Tughlakabad spot for a while now and we know the area well. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to keep things organized and keep our customers happy without any extra fluff or fake smiles. It can get loud with the metro passing by, but we have grown to like the energy of this neighborhood.
