Pet Vet Clinic

South Delhi is a big area, and Pet Vet Clinic is just one small part of it. We don't have a complicated address, just South Delhi. People usually call us to find out exactly which lane we are on. The neighborhood is crowded but mostly friendly. In the mornings, I sweep the front step and wait for the first person to show up with their dog. Some days are slow, and I just sit behind the counter looking out the window at the cars going by. Other days, the waiting area gets full, and it’s a bit of a squeeze. We have a few benches that have seen better days. The walls are painted a simple white, though there are some scuffs near the floor where the bigger dogs tend to lean. It’s not a corporate office with shiny glass; it’s just a place with a table and some medicine on the shelves. Most of the animals that come in are dogs, but we get the occasional bird or rabbit. I try to keep things organized, but the paperwork piles up on the desk pretty fast. The air conditioner hums loudly when it’s hot outside, which is basically all the time here in Delhi. People know us as the local spot where they can just walk in. It’s practical and we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the pets healthy.
