Up at number 97 in the Nilgiri Apartments in the Alaknanda area of Kalkaji, you’ll find our Delhi office. Being located inside an apartment complex makes it feel quite different from a typical office park. It’s much more personal and quiet. We are in the 110019 area, which is a busy and crowded part of New Delhi, but Alaknanda has its own little pockets of peace. We work with Parryware Roca products from this space. Our office is full of files, ledgers, and maybe a few sample pieces sitting on the shelves. It’s certainly not a polished showroom where everything is under bright spotlights. It’s just the place where we handle the paperwork and the distribution planning. We’ve been here for a while now, and we know most of the neighbors in the building. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but that’s just part of living and working in an older Delhi apartment block. We don’t use corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small team making sure things run right in this part of the city. The traffic in Kalkaji is always a big conversation starter, but once you get inside Nilgiri, it’s just us and the work. We keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can without making a big fuss about things. It's just a regular office day for us.
