Papercabs Realtors Llp is situated near Sukhdev Vihar at 34F/F Mashi Ghar. Being near such a well-known landmark makes it easy for people to find our little office. We work in the real estate business, mostly focusing on the residential and commercial spots around this part of South Delhi. Our office is a very basic setup, just some chairs and a table where we can spread out our maps and property files. We don't bother with wearing suits or looking like corporate executives; we’re just regular people trying to help other regular people find a place to live or work. A lot of our time is spent driving around to show houses or waiting at the sub-registrar's office for paperwork to be processed. Sukhdev Vihar has some nice green patches, but the traffic can be really tough during the evening. We try to be honest about the properties we show, pointing out both the good and the bad points. There is no sense in hiding things because it only causes trouble later on. We handle all the phone calls, the questions from buyers, and the endless forms that need to be filled out. It’s a steady job that keeps us busy from morning till night. We don’t spend much on advertising and mostly rely on people in the area knowing who we are and what we do.
