We operate out of J-4/56-I in the Khirki Extension area of Malviya Nagar. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but we’ve made this spot our home for Pancity Express Pvt Ltd. We handle express deliveries and the logistical side of things. It’s a lot of sorting, tagging, and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. The office is just a regular room with some computers and a lot of clipboards hanging on the wall. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just us, working through the daily pile of manifests. Sometimes the heat in Delhi gets to us, especially when the AC is struggling, but we keep the parcels moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with corporate talk. We’re just local people who know how to get things from one side of the city to the other. Most of the time, it’s just about solving small problems before they become big ones. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We just open up, check the schedule, and start the day.
