Our shop is right in the middle of the Main Market in Kalkaji, Delhi. If you’ve ever walked through that market, you know how loud and lively it is. We are right in the thick of it. It’s a small place, packed with everything we need to help people get their bags packed and their trips started. We deal with all sorts of travel needs, from local stuff to trips further away. Being in Kalkaji means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through, and others have lived here for decades. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team. It’s just us behind the counter, working through the daily list of things to do. The market noise is constant, but you stop noticing it after an hour or two. We handle a lot of questions about tickets and travel dates. It’s a lot of clicking on screens and writing things down in ledgers. We don't pretend to be some giant company. We are just a local shop in a busy part of Delhi. Sometimes we run out of chai or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a straightforward kind of life.
