We are based in the Kilokri area, specifically at number 126/1, right by Maharani Bagh in Delhi. It is a bit of a tight squeeze getting into this part of the city, especially with the morning traffic. Mr. Ramanand Sharma has been here a long time, so most locals know the building. The office itself is quite old. We have these heavy wooden desks that have seen better days, but they do the job. You can hear the hum of the city outside all the time, which kind of keeps us going. Most of our day is spent checking labels and making sure addresses are written clearly. Sometimes the ink on the printers acts up, and we have to fix it ourselves. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a lived-in space where work actually happens. We have a small kettle in the back for making chai when the afternoon slump hits. The light coming through the windows isn't great, so we have a few extra lamps scattered around. People stop by to drop off parcels, and there is always a bit of small talk about the weather or the local news. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We know the area well, and that helps when things get complicated with the deliveries. It's just a regular workplace doing our bit every single day.
