Oriental Projects Delhi

We are located on the top floor of D-187 in Abul Fazal Enclave, which is in the Okhla area of New Delhi. It is a very crowded part of the city, and the streets are always full of people and rickshaws. Being on the top floor means we have to climb a lot of stairs every day because there isn't a lift, but you get used to it. Our office is where we manage various projects. It’s not a fancy corporate suite. It’s just a place with some computers, a couple of printers, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend most of our day coordinating with different people across the city. Delhi traffic is a nightmare, so we try to do as much as we can over the phone or by email. We don't have any big signs or a glossy lobby. It’s just a working office for real people. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with everything going on outside in Okhla, but we just close the windows and get on with it. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. It’s a lot of tracking deadlines and making sure the supplies are getting to the right sites. We aren't a massive company, just a local Delhi business trying to get the projects finished on time. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like being in the middle of the city.
