Omesh Design Studio

Our studio is at A-12 in South Extension-1. It’s a busy area with a lot of shoppers and traffic, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more relaxed. Omesh Design Studio isn’t a huge corporate space. It’s more of a workshop where we sit around and figure out designs. We’ve got sketches pinned to the walls and rolls of material tucked into the corners. It can look a bit messy to someone from the outside, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of time just talking through ideas and seeing what works. There’s usually music playing in the background, nothing too loud. We don’t have a front desk person or anything fancy like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We’ve been in South Ex for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a good place to be because there’s so much energy around. We work long hours sometimes when a deadline is coming up, but we don’t mind it much. We order food from the local stalls and just keep going until the job is done. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like being creative and seeing our designs come to life. It’s just us, some coffee, and a lot of hard work every day. We don't worry about the noise outside, we just focus on the project.
