We are located at A-132 in Durga Vihar, which is down in the 110062 area of New Delhi. It’s a bit of a crowded neighborhood, like much of this part of the city. We operate Oikos India Pvt. Ltd. from here, and it’s usually quite a hive of activity. The lanes around Durga Vihar can be narrow, so getting deliveries in and out takes some patience and skill from the drivers. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage the local distribution and talk to customers. It’s not a polished corporate suite; it’s more of a working hub. We have shelves filled with catalogs and small sample pots everywhere. The walls have various finishes on them so we can see how they look in real light. We spend most of our hours answering the phone or dealing with the logistics of moving goods across the city. The noise from the street is a constant background sound, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We usually have a lunch break around one o'clock, and someone usually goes out to get samosas for the group. It’s an honest place to work. We don't have fancy furniture, just sturdy tables that hold up under the weight of our files. The local market is just a short walk away, which is convenient when we need supplies or a quick coffee break. Durga Vihar has its own energy, and we've become part of that over the years.
