Nirman India Constructions Pvt.Ltd

Our office is located at 208/13 C, on Street No. 6 in Ghaffarmanzil. This is part of Jamia Nagar in Okhla, New Delhi 110025. It is a very busy part of town, always full of people and energy. We are Nirman India Constructions Pvt.Ltd, and this has been our base for a good while. The street is narrow, so it can be a bit of a squeeze if you are driving, but we like being right in the middle of the bustle. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have shelves full of old files and some computers that we use for all our planning. It is a working office, not a showroom. We don't have fancy furniture or a big reception area. Most of the time, we are busy talking to contractors or checking on project status. The tea stall around the corner is where we get our morning fuel. We are just regular people trying to do a good job. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just tell it like it is. Working in Okhla means we are close to a lot of our sites, which is handy. The office can get a bit noisy when the street is full, but we don't mind. It feels alive. We are a small team and we handle everything ourselves. If you need us, you can usually find us here at Street No. 6, probably surrounded by blueprints and half-empty chai glasses. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is.
