We've been here in Shivalik Colony for a bit now, just near Malviya Nagar at B-92. It is a decent spot to be in. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of paperwork. Most of our time is spent on the phone or driving around to see different sites. It's not a fancy corporate setup at all. Sometimes the tea runs out before we can even get to lunch, but we just keep going. Handling property around here means you have to know the small lanes and who is selling what. We have maps and old files piled up on the desks. It gets pretty dusty in the summer months, but we keep the fans on high. People often drop by without an appointment. We just pull up an extra chair and start talking. There are no big presentations or scripted speeches here. We just show what is available and try to explain the paperwork as clearly as we can. It involves a lot of walking and talking. South Delhi changes really fast, so staying on top of the new listings takes up almost all of our day. We know the local shops and the shortcuts through the colony. It's just a regular local spot where we handle property matters. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us making sure things move along. If you walk past B-92, you'll see our sign. It’s just straightforward work, mostly checking documents and meeting owners.
