We are located in the FIEE Complex in Okhla Phase-II, specifically at plot A-50. This part of South Delhi is always humming with activity, with trucks moving in and out of the narrow lanes and people shouting. Our office handles the Indian side of things for our global operations. It is a lot of coordinating with people in different time zones, so the phones are usually busy even in the evenings. We have a lot of paperwork and shipping documents stacked up on the desks all the time. The office itself is pretty standard with desks, computers, and a small area where we have our meetings. We don't really have time for anything too polished; we are mostly worried about logistics and making sure shipments are not stuck at the port for no reason. Okhla is a tough place to commute to because of the heavy traffic, but it is the heart of the industrial action in Delhi. We have a small team here that knows the ropes of the import-export world. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we are just making sure the supply chain stays moving for everyone involved. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people overseas, but that is just part of the job. It is a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way without adding any unnecessary layers.
