Nikom Impex operates out of Badarpur, near New Delhi, right by the NTPC Gate No-2. The address is S-128 in Tajpur Pahari, which is Alok Kr. Sinha’s place. It’s a dusty part of town because of all the construction and the big plant nearby, but we are right in the thick of things. Being a dealer for APC means we have boxes of UPS systems and batteries everywhere. It is a practical setup, not a showroom. If you come by, you’ll likely see us loading or unloading stuff near the gate. The area can be quite chaotic with all the trucks going into the NTPC site, so you have to be careful when driving around here. We’ve been at this for a bit, and people know us as the local guys for power backups. There aren't any fancy chairs or air conditioning that works all the time, but we get the job done. We don't really do the whole corporate marketing thing because our work speaks for itself when the power goes out and the machines stay on. It’s just Alok and the rest of us handling the orders. We keep things simple and try not to get bogged down in too much talk. It’s about getting the units to the people who need them and making sure they work. That’s pretty much our whole day, every day, in this corner of Delhi.
